
Mix the following in a greased 9 x 13” pan
🔸 1 pound pork sausage, browned (or your meat of choice)
🔸 12-16 oz shredded hashbrowns (I did half of a 26 oz bag)
🔸 2 cups of cheese (I used cheddar jack because that’s what I had)
In a separate bowl, mix together
🔸 8 eggs
🔸 2 cups of milk
🔸 1/2 tsp pepper
🔸 1 tsp salt (if ya want)
Add to casserole dish. Cover in foil & bake for 350° for 45 mins, take foil off and finish for another 10-15 mins!
✨ This recipe is easy to modify – add a few more eggs, toss in some veggies, use a little less potatoes.. it’s hard to mess it up
✨ I have no idea how long this lasts in the fridge, we typically eat it before the week is up but it also freezes well!
