Easy Breakfast Casserole Recipe

Mix the following in a greased 9 x 13โ€ pan 
๐Ÿ”ธ 1 pound pork sausage, browned (or your meat of choice)
๐Ÿ”ธ 12-16 oz shredded hashbrowns (I did half of a 26 oz bag) 
๐Ÿ”ธ 2 cups of cheese (I used cheddar jack because thatโ€™s what I had)

In a separate bowl, mix together
๐Ÿ”ธ 8 eggs
๐Ÿ”ธ 2 cups of milk
๐Ÿ”ธ 1/2 tsp pepper
๐Ÿ”ธ 1 tsp salt (if ya want)

Add to casserole dish. Cover in foil & bake for 350ยฐ for 45 mins, take foil off and finish for another 10-15 mins! 

โœจ This recipe is easy to modify – add a few more eggs, toss in some veggies, use a little less potatoes.. itโ€™s hard to mess it up
โœจ I have no idea how long this lasts in the fridge, we typically eat it before the week is up but it also freezes well!
